Objective: D365 Project Solution and Design for 当社J projects • Responsible for design and solutioning of D365 related projects with a focus on documentation • Technical owner with responsibility of managing、 scoping and delivery of ERP projects by working with local and global project and technical teams • Presales and RFP/RFI proposal related support as required • Active participation with project and technical teams in all phases of projects like discovery、 SOW、 requirement definition、 implementation、 deployment and testing • Lead technical and functional team members through the design and build process • Be responsible for developing and maintaining the architectural road map、 budgeting & product lifecycle by combining solution、 integration and infrastructure activities from an operational perspective • Work with technology partners and global teams to collaboratively set standards for software development process、 operations and continuous service improvements around D365 and associated technologies • Be updated about latest technology advancements、 market trends and best practices around D365 and related technologies
必要なスキル・経験
Key Skills/ Knowledge • Experience designing D365、 Azure & Power Platform solutions • Proficient in D365 / MS environments in any capacity • 5+ years working experience in ERP / CRM projects involving Microsoft platforms like D365、 BC or prior versions of Microsoft platform • Hands-on experience with multi-phase globally delivered projects involving Microsoft technologies and preferably related to ERP / CRM implementations Good know how about: • D365 architecture、 administration、 functional stack and licensing • DR/BCP requirements、 best practices and implementation with respect to D365 platform • O365/M365 products and administration • D365 F&O and CE Modules etc. with focus to determine what can be delivered out of the box vs customization and provide fit & gap analysis • AD and Networking concepts • SaaS、 PaaS & IaaS service offerings of Microsoft • Good interpersonal、 presentation and communication skills • Good problem identification and resolutions skills • Expert/Associate Level Certification in D365 Modules or prior versions of Microsoft platforms as applicable Good to have: • Bilingual skills: Either of Business Level Japanese and/or English reading、 writing and verbal skills Experience Required: • 10 plus years of experience in the role of Solution Architect involving Microsoft products • Up to 5 plus years of proven design and solutioning experience on projects based on implementation of platforms like Dynamics AX、 Dynamics NAV、 Dynamics CRM、 D365 or BC • Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management and C-Level Stakeholders • Good people / stakeholder / vendor management skills • Proven track record of leading Microsoft Technology based projects with hybrid delivery model involving technical teams from local and global locations
