必要なスキル・経験

<共通 / Common Requirements>  財務・会計の基礎知識  分析・解析力、論理的思考力  チームで仕事をする上での協調性  社内外でのプレゼンテーション・コミュニケーション能力  高度レベルの Excel、業務レベルの Power Point・Word スキル  日本語力必須（ネイティブレベル）  英語力必須（ビジネスレベル以上）  CPA （日本・米国等）、CFA、CMA有資格者歓迎  Basic knowledge of finance and accounting  Analytical skills, logical thinking  An excellent team-worker with a cooperative mindset  Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills  Highly advanced Excel skills, business level Power Point and Word skills  Must have native level Japanese (N1 or equivalent)  Must have business level English  CPA (Japan, US, or other countries), CFA, CMA are welcome <バリュエーショ ン / For Valuation Role>  コンサルティングファーム、証券会社、銀行での事業分析経験者歓迎  Business research and analysis experience at a consulting, securities, or banking firm <ビジネス・モデリング / For Business Modeling Role>  税務会計の知識保有者、税理士資格保有者歓迎  エネルギー・資源関連業務での、モデリング経験者歓迎  プロジェクト・ファイナンス経験者歓迎  Experience in accounting, or tax is highly welcomed (Tax accountant qualifications)  Modeling experience in energy or natural resources related areas is highly welcomed  Experience in project finance is highly welcomed
